Pedigree printing

I can't print a pedigree from my new computer (Win10). I'm using the same printer I used
to print ped's from old computer, and it still works. There must be a setting thats not right.
I opened the print ped window,selected the right printer. The location is different from old computer's
location. Is there a way to change the location to match old computers location? Appreciate any help.

Can you print correctly with another application like Word or Notepad or anything else? Pigeon Planner doesn't really handle the printers.

I have printed with other apps.  Can't say that I can print a web page though.

Hmm, I'm not sure I'll be able to help to be honest. Pigeon Planner will just bring up the default Windows print dialog. It's out of its hands at that point. I'm not that familiar with Windows, but you might want to double check things somewhere in the Windows printer settings.
