General question: changing band number info

I originally entered a band with just a number and a year, i.e. "900 2017"
Now I want to add the letters to the band, i.e. "VFRC", but the list of birds only shows the
Original 900 number without the letters VFRC even though the bird details shows the letters there.

Thoughts?

Right next to the band number entry there's a button. You'd have to change the band format there. By default the format is "number / year", but anything is possible.
