Transfering data from Desktop to Android
« on: September 28, 2015, 18:32:03 »
Hi all!

Does anyone know if it's possible to soppy and transfer all the data from the desk to an Android? I've entered all my pigeons, breeding, off springs est... and would like to be able to access the program on my galaxy s5. Would it be possible?

Thank you so much in advance for your input.

I'm currently developing an Android app that will import Pigeon Planner data and allow the user to view bird details, pedigrees, medication, results etc.

An Iphone is not an Android device.

Ah…..linux,  it’s good to hear from you again.

Yes you are right. My friend wants to use the app while he is in the bathtub, driving his car or riding his bike.  He has found that using his laptop computer while he is doing these things is sometimes difficult.

My friend is an airline pilot and flies 747 airplanes.  He has found it a bit difficult to look at his pigeon’s pedigrees on his laptop, especially when he is taking off or landing the airplane.  He wants the app because it’s easier to balance a small Android phone on top of the joystick.  This should make his passengers and crew feel safer.

It is easier to have tablets in the loft for the review of the pigeons during mating.
